As we begin our new Take Courage series, we pause after Joshua to reflect on the One Joshua ultimately points us to: Jesus. From entering the land, conquering enemies, possessing the inheritance, and remaining in the promise, we see Jesus as the greater Joshua who brings us into His kingdom, wins the victory over sin, Satan and death, sends us on mission, and keeps us secure forever.

This sermon calls us not merely to learn about Jesus, but to encounter Him personally, respond in faith, rest in His victory, take courage in His mission, and remain in His love.
