This child, born to us, This Son, given to us - is the official, the authority, the one in charge of all shalom. He is sar-shalom – The Prince of Peace. 
The Prince of Wholeness, The Prince of All Well-being.  And so if you really want PEACE in your life , then you must come to Jesus, for He is the one divinely ordained to give it.
